Position: C++ Architect
We are seeking an experienced and visionary C++ Architect to play a pivotal role in the design and evolution of our core products. Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the overall architecture for complex C++ applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
- Lead the design, prototyping, implementation, and documentation of core software modules
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Drive adoption of software engineering best practices across teams, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
- Identify areas for technological innovation and improvement, recommending tools and frameworks to enhance development workflows
- Guide and mentor engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team
- Evaluate and resolve complex technical challenges in system design, security, and integration
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in C++ development and incorporate new solutions and optimizations where appropriate

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on C++ development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical/architectural leadership role
- Proven expertise designing and implementing large-scale, distributed, and high-availability systems
- In-depth knowledge of modern C++ standards (C++11 and newer), object-oriented design patterns, and multithreaded programming
- Familiarity with relevant frameworks, libraries (Boost, STL), and cross-platform development
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, TDD, code reviews, version control)
- Experience with microservices architecture and integration with cloud solutions is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate in agile, fast-paced teams
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
