What You’ll Be Working On
As a C# Architect, you’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving Talenteria’s HR SaaS platform. You’ll architect, guide, and implement scalable solutions leveraging the latest in C#, Azure, and AI technologies. You’ll work on everything from robust API frameworks to efficient data storage and help transform how companies hire top talent.

Note: This onsite role requires eligibility to work in Boston, USA. Valid work permit required.
- Architect, design, and oversee the development of robust, scalable C#/.NET back-end and API solutions
- Champion best practices in code quality, maintainability, and security across the team
- Lead integration efforts with Azure services and AI-powered features
- Guide data storage design, leveraging both RDBMS and document DB technologies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, UI/UX, QA) to deliver high-impact platform features
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to keep Talenteria at the forefront of HR tech
- Mentor and inspire development teams, ensuring technical excellence and career growth
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide hands-on technical leadership
- Participate in strategic product planning and roadmap sessions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale enterprise applications in C#/.NET
- Proven expertise in architecting RESTful Web APIs and distributed systems
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure Functions, DevOps, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML integration and modern patterns in cloud applications
- Proficiency with both RDBMS (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and Document-oriented databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB)
- Experience leading technical teams and driving solution architecture
- Deep understanding of software engineering best practices, security, scalability, and performance
- Excellent communication skills—able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work onsite in Boston, USA; valid work permit required
