- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (including SaaS, vendor, partnership, and employment contracts)
- Advise management and teams on a wide range of legal matters, including data privacy, compliance, and risk management
- Monitor and update internal policies to reflect compliance with local, national, and international regulations
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed
- Assist with intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyright, and licensing
- Guide the business in dispute resolution and support HR with employment legalities
- Conduct training sessions to raise legal awareness across the company
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and current license to practice law
- 3+ years of legal experience, preferably with exposure to technology or SaaS companies
- Strong knowledge of contract law, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), employment law, and intellectual property
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear business advice
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professional judgment
- Resourceful, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a diverse team
