- Oversee daily operations of the finance department, managing accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities
- Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and controls
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Analyze financial data, trends and performance, and present actionable insights to leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business strategy and resource planning
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate finance team members to achieve departmental goals
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage compliance with local and international financial regulations
- Drive continuous process improvements and digital transformation within the finance function
- Prepare reports and presentations for executive management and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA is a plus)
- Minimum three years of experience in a finance leadership or senior accounting role
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel and financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, ERP tools)
- Analytical thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs
