Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and develop marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility and drive business growth. The successful candidate will oversee marketing campaigns, manage cross-channel communications, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns. Manage digital marketing channels including social media, content marketing, and paid advertising. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize results. Lead and coordinate marketing projects across teams. Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and offline). Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and ROI measurement. Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.). Proficiency with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Experience working with SEO/SEM strategies and content marketing. Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. Ability to manage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing partners. Experience in brand strategy development and market positioning. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies. Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting campaign performance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. High level of creativity and problem-solving skills. Fluent English required; Polish is considered an advantage.
