Design and implement scalable machine learning and deep learning models for production use. Lead the research and experimentation of new AI techniques and tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate business requirements into AI solutions. Optimize model performance and ensure reliability, fairness, and transparency. Oversee data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation pipelines. Deploy AI models using MLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining). Contribute to architectural decisions regarding AI systems and infrastructure. Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and data scientists. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, ML, NLP, computer vision, and related domains.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred). 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with proven success in deploying models to production. Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.). Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, NLP, or computer vision techniques. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data engineering tools. Familiarity with MLOps frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker). Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred: Experience with generative AI (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models). Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research papers. Strong knowledge of data privacy, security, and ethical AI considerations.
