Role: build, optimize, and scale web APIs and sophisticated backend services that power the platform; partner with engineers, designers, and product to deliver web solutions. Architect, develop, and maintain scalable Web APIs and backend services; lead design discussions and code reviews to ensure quality and best practices; partner with product owners, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions; optimize code for speed, scalability, and security; mentor junior engineers and foster continuous improvement; troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across production and development environments; stay ahead of industry trends and champion new technologies; contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Minimum 10 years professional experience developing with C# in a commercial environment; expert knowledge and hands-on experience designing, building, and optimizing Web APIs (RESTful services); proficiency with .NET frameworks and associated cloud technologies (Azure/AWS preferred); solid understanding of software architecture and object-oriented programming principles; experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar); familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices; strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; excellent communication skills and eagerness to collaborate in a team; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree is a plus); experience in recruitment tech or SaaS environments is highly desirable.
