Job Description

About Talenteria LLC
Talenteria LLC is a fast-growing HR tech company helping organizations attract, hire, and retain great people through modern career site and talent marketing solutions. From our friendly Boston, MA office, we collaborate across product, customer success, and operations to build tools that make recruitment smarter and more human. We’re a tight-knit, down-to-earth team that values transparency, initiative, and good humor as much as good numbers.

About the Role – Accountant (Full Time, Boston Office)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Accountant to own our day-to-day accounting operations and support our continued growth in the US and beyond. Based in our Boston, MA office, you’ll partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to keep our financials accurate, timely, and insightful. This is a full-time, on-site role, and candidates must have a valid work permit for the USA.

What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll manage the full accounting cycle, from daily bookkeeping to month-end close, including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, revenue and expense recognition, and payroll coordination. You’ll support budget vs. actual reporting, cash flow monitoring, and audit/tax preparations while helping us refine and document finance processes as we scale. Your work will directly influence decision-making and ensure we stay compliant and financially healthy.

Why Join Talenteria?
At Talenteria, you’ll join a friendly, collaborative team that genuinely cares about each other’s success. We offer competitive compensation, health and wellness benefits, and generous paid time off so you can recharge. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape our finance function, improve processes, and introduce best practices in a growing SaaS company. Expect a modern tech environment, an open-door policy with leadership, and plenty of room to learn, experiment, and grow your career in accounting and finance.

Who You Are
You’re an organized, reliable accounting professional who takes pride in clean books, clear documentation, and meeting deadlines. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment and enjoy improving processes, not just following them. You can communicate financial information in a friendly, approachable way to non-finance colleagues and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and integrity.

How to Apply
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your relevant experience and why you’d be a great fit for Talenteria LLC’s Accountant role. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and we encourage you to apply soon. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds who have the right skills, a valid US work permit, and a passion for building something great together in our Boston office.
