About Talenteria LLC
Talenteria LLC is a modern recruitment marketing and career site platform provider, helping organizations attract, engage, and hire top talent through AI‑driven, data‑informed experiences. We design and build scalable products that sit at the intersection of HR tech, machine learning, and delightful candidate experiences. As we expand our AI capabilities, we are looking for a Senior AI Agents Architect to define, build, and evolve our next generation of autonomous and semi‑autonomous recruiting agents.
Role Overview – Senior AI Agents Architect
As a Senior AI Agents Architect, you will be the strategic and technical owner of Talenteria’s intelligent agent ecosystem. You will design the overall architecture, patterns, and standards for AI agents that support candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across our platform. Partnering closely with product, engineering, and data science, you will transform complex recruiting workflows into robust, safe, and high‑performing agentic systems that deliver measurable business value.
What You’ll Be Working On
You will
- Architect multi‑agent and tool‑augmented systems that automate key recruiting and talent marketing processes.
- Define frameworks for orchestration, memory, reasoning, and feedback loops across agents.
- Lead end‑to‑end design from experimentation to production, including evaluation, safety, and observability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn customer needs into scalable AI solutions inside the Talenteria platform.
Who You Are
You are a senior technologist with deep experience in AI/ML and modern software architecture. You understand both the promise and the risks of advanced AI systems and know how to design for reliability, safety, and transparency. You are comfortable making foundational technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and communicating clearly with non‑technical stakeholders. You are motivated by building real products, not just prototypes, and you care about the impact of your work on recruiters, candidates, and hiring outcomes.
Why Join Talenteria?
At Talenteria, you will shape the AI backbone of a high‑growth HR tech platform used by organizations worldwide. You will join a collaborative, product‑focused team that values clear thinking, ownership, and continuous learning. We offer a flexible, remote‑friendly work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities to lead key AI initiatives from concept to launch. You will have direct influence on our AI roadmap, work with modern technologies, and see your work ship quickly into a real, scaling product.
How to Apply
If you’re excited about architecting AI agents that meaningfully improve how companies attract and hire talent, we’d like to hear from you. Please submit your CV and a brief note describing a complex AI/agentic system you have designed or led, including your technical and architectural decisions. Include links to any relevant publications, repositories, or portfolios. Our team will review your application and contact you regarding next steps.
- Define and own the end-to-end architecture for Talenteria’s AI agents, including orchestration, tool usage, memory, context management, and interaction patterns
- Design multi-agent and tool-augmented workflows that automate and optimize recruiting and talent marketing use cases across the Talenteria platform
- Collaborate with product managers and domain experts to translate business requirements into AI capabilities, use cases, and technical roadmaps
- Lead technical discovery, prototyping, and experimentation with LLMs and agents, then harden successful approaches into robust, scalable production services
- Establish standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks for prompt design, tool integration, agent state management, safety, and evaluation
- Work closely with data engineering and ML teams to leverage company data securely for retrieval-augmented generation, personalization, and continuous learning
- Implement strong observability, evaluation, and monitoring for all agentic systems, including guardrails, safety checks, and mechanisms for human review
- Conduct technical reviews, provide architectural guidance, and mentor engineers on designing, implementing, and operating AI agent solutions
- Partner with DevOps/SRE teams to ensure that AI services are designed for reliability, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency in the cloud
- Stay current with advances in LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI safety, and proactively introduce relevant innovations into Talenteria’s AI stack
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, or machine learning, with 3+ years focused on applied NLP or LLM-based systems
- Proven experience designing and shipping production-grade AI or agentic systems (e.g., tool-using agents, workflow/orchestration frameworks, or multi-agent architectures)
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with modern AI/LLM ecosystems (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, semantic kernels, vector databases)
- Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native design (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Hands-on experience integrating foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, open-source LLMs) into real products, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning or RAG
- Deep knowledge of evaluation, monitoring, and observability for AI systems, including metrics, benchmarking, A/B testing, and human-in-the-loop feedback
- Familiarity with security, privacy, compliance, and safety considerations when deploying AI in enterprise or HR-related contexts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language for product, design, and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership experience: mentoring engineers, influencing technical direction, and collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
