About Talenteria LLC
Talenteria is a forward-thinking HR tech company dedicated to transforming how organizations attract, engage, and develop top talent. Our next-generation recruitment marketing and career site platform helps employers build personalized candidate experiences at scale. We combine advanced AI, data-driven insights, and a modern UX to reshape talent acquisition for the world’s most ambitious teams.
About the Role: Senior AI Agents Developer
We are looking for a Senior AI Agents Developer to design, build, and scale intelligent agentic systems that power core features of Talenteria’s platform. You will own end-to-end development of AI agents that reason, plan, and act across multiple tools and data sources—improving how recruiters discover, engage, and nurture candidates. This is a highly impactful, hands-on role for someone who wants to push the boundaries of applied AI in the HR tech domain.
What You’ll Be Working On
You will architect and implement multi-agent workflows that autonomously perform complex recruitment and talent marketing tasks (e.g., generating personalized outreach at scale, optimizing job descriptions, orchestrating candidate communication, and surfacing insights from talent data). You will collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to experiment rapidly, harden successful prototypes into production services, and continuously improve performance, reliability, and safety of our AI systems.
Who You Are
You are an experienced software engineer with a deep understanding of modern LLMs and agentic frameworks, comfortable owning complex systems from concept to production. You think in terms of tools, APIs, and workflows, and you enjoy decomposing fuzzy business problems into clear agent tasks, evaluation metrics, and feedback loops. You care about robustness, observability, and responsible AI, and you thrive in a product-focused environment where your work is measurable in customer impact.
Why Join Talenteria?
- Shape the future of AI-powered recruitment: your agents will sit at the heart of our platform, used daily by recruiters and hiring managers worldwide.
- Work with modern AI and engineering stacks: LLMs, vector search, retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent orchestration, and production-grade MLOps.
- Collaborate with a senior, low-ego, distributed team that values autonomy, clear communication, and high standards.
- Enjoy a flexible, remote-friendly culture that trusts you to manage your time and impact.
- Competitive compensation package including performance-based bonuses, generous PTO, and opportunities for continuous learning and conference participation.
How to Apply
If this role sounds like the next step in your AI journey, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your CV, links to relevant projects (GitHub, publications, demos), and a short note describing a recent agentic or LLM-based system you’ve built and what you learned from it. Our hiring process typically includes an initial conversation, a technical deep dive, and a practical exercise focused on AI agents in a real-world product context.
- Design, implement, and maintain AI agents that autonomously perform complex recruitment and talent marketing workflows across multiple tools and data sources
- Architect multi-step, tool-using, or multi-agent systems that reliably handle tasks such as job description optimization, candidate outreach, and talent pool insights
- Collaborate with product and domain experts to translate business requirements into concrete agent tasks, APIs, and evaluation metrics
- Build robust retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, leveraging internal and external data, vector search, and context management techniques
- Establish and maintain observability, evaluation, and feedback loops for AI agents, including automated tests, offline benchmarks, and online monitoring
- Optimize performance, latency, and cost of AI workloads while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with data privacy requirements
- Work closely with platform engineers to integrate AI agents into core Talenteria workflows, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability in production
- Lead experimentation with new models, frameworks, and agentic patterns; document findings and promote best practices across the engineering team
- Mentor other engineers on building with LLMs and agents, providing guidance on design, implementation, and responsible AI practices
- Contribute to overall technical architecture decisions and help shape Talenteria’s long-term AI roadmap
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years working directly with machine learning / NLP / LLM-based systems
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) and experience building production-grade backend services and APIs
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying LLM-powered applications (e.g., with OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure/OpenAI, or similar providers)
- Proven experience with agentic or tool-using systems: function calling, tool orchestration, workflows, or multi-agent architectures
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and evaluation strategies for LLM outputs
- Experience deploying and monitoring AI services in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with good practices around scalability, logging, and observability
- Familiarity with modern ML / data tooling (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI function calling, semantic search, embeddings, feature stores)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: testing, code review, CI/CD, security and performance awareness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with product managers, designers, and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
