We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager to join our team. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will assist the sales team in driving revenue by achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
6. Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increasing revenue.

Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
5. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
