1. Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service and achieve their goals.
2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address client needs and ensure client satisfaction.
5. Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
6. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments, providing clients with expert guidance on market insights.
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
2. Proven track record of at least 5 years in account management or customer service.
3. Strong knowledge of the industry and understanding of client needs and challenges.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
5. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and other account management tools.
