We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the human resources department, ensuring that all HR operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. This role involves managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. The HR Manager will also be responsible for promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture, being a key person of reference for employees and external partners.
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the attraction, hiring, and retention of top talent.
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
4. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, as well as employee reward and recognition programs.
5. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs, ensuring that statutory training requirements are met.
6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, staying updated on HR practices and acting as an advisor on human resources issues to managers and staff within the organization.
1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are preferred.
2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive role of at least 5 years, with a strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
3. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws and practices.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations skills; demonstrating assertiveness and professionalism.
5. Proficient in the use of HR software (HRIS or HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Aptitude in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with a commitment to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
