Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a D365 Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing our business processes, enhancing customer engagement, and driving our digital transformation initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze business needs and work with stakeholders to define D365 system requirements.
2. Customize and configure D365 to meet business process requirements.
3. Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, configuration, and help-related materials for users as the system evolves.
4. Implement best practices to ensure system security and data integrity.
5. Conduct training sessions and workshops to guide users on D365 functionalities and updates.
6. Troubleshoot and provide ongoing support and maintenance of the D365 environment.
Additional responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT department to align the D365 system with other enterprise systems and data.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and new features, evaluating their impact on organizational processes.
- Ensure that any customizations or integrations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assist in the development of reports and dashboards within the D365 system.
- Analyze and lead data migration efforts from other systems into D365.
- Work on continuous improvement projects to enhance system capabilities and end-user experiences.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
3. Strong understanding of business processes and experience in business analysis.
4. Proficient in configuring, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.
5. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate).
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
Additional requirements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with stakeholders at various levels.
- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Understanding of data migration and integration using D365 data tools.
