Key Responsibilities

1. Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, document management, and filing to ensure efficient office workflows.
2. Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and company events, including the preparation of relevant materials.
3. Handle phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.), redirecting inquiries when necessary.
4. Maintain and update office systems, databases, and records, ensuring information accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to assist team members in their operational duties.
6. Aid with the onboarding process for new hires, including the setting up of workstations and the distribution of office supplies.

Skills & Experience

1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office support assistant; interns or entry-level applicants with strong organizational skills are welcome.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and general comfort with learning new software and systems.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
6. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work with a diverse group of people
