Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Scala Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for coding and a desire to learn and grow with our company.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain backend applications using Scala
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests
• Monitor and optimize system performance
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues
• Develop and execute automated tests
• Assist with code reviews and provide feedback to other developers
• Collaborate with other developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Extensive knowledge of the Scala programming language
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
• A solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Experience with web development and REST APIs
• Proficiency in using Git and other version control systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
