1. Conduct thorough QA testing of software applications during overnight hours to identify bugs and issues. 2. Provide prompt and efficient technical support to users facing issues, via email, chat, or phone. 3. Document detailed reports of identified issues and feedback from users to share with the development team. 4. Monitor and manage support ticket queue to ensure timely resolution of issues. 5. Work closely with the development team to communicate user feedback and aid in the continuous improvement of software quality. 6. Participate in the development of QA processes, policies, and strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of overnight support operations.
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years experience in quality assurance and customer support. 3. Proficiency in software QA tools, processes, and best practices. 4. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). 5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work overnight shifts and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
