Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law with the ability to provide strategic legal advice. This role will involve representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and researching laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Represent clients in court or before government agencies. 2. Draft legal documents, such as contracts and agreements. 3. Conduct legal research to analyze and interpret laws and regulations. 4. Provide strategic legal advice to clients. 5. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. 6. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the company and its clients.
Skills & Experience
1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admission to the state bar association. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. Strong legal research and analytical skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
