Job Description

As the HR Department Head, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all HR functions within the organization. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's overall objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals. 2. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. 3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. 4. Lead performance management and employee development initiatives. 5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 6. Collaborate with senior management to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives.

Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 2. Proven experience in HR management roles. 3. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and regulations. 4. Strong leadership and communication skills. 5. Ability to develop and implement HR strategies. 6. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
