Job Description
We are seeking a highly-skilled Testing Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of software quality assurance principles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Testing Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be collaborating closely with developers and other stakeholders to deliver top-notch, reliable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and implement comprehensive testing plans and test cases.
2. Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
3. Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
4. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and improve product quality.
5. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports and metrics to the team.
6. Continuously enhance testing processes and tools to ensure best practices are followed and testing efficiency is maximized.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Testing Engineer or similar role in software development.
3. Familiarity with various testing tools and methodologies, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
4. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
