Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized CEO Assistant to join our team and provide top-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer. As the CEO Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications. Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, coordinating appointments and meetings.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
3. Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations for the CEO.
4. Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
5. Organize and attend meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared with relevant materials.
6. Support executive team initiatives and corporate events, as required.

Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar executive support role.
3. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
