As a Senior IT Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our IT infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
1. Lead and manage the IT support team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT support services, ensuring timely and effective response to technical issues and service requests.
3. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and optimize service delivery.
4. Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs, assess risks, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
5. Monitor and analyze IT system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
6. Prepare and manage the IT support budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective solutions.
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. At least 5-7 years of experience in IT support or IT management roles, with a strong background in team leadership.
3. In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices for IT service management.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues rapidly.
5. Proven track record in managing IT projects and implementing change initiatives.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
