Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
2. Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
3. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and enhance brand positioning.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to develop go-to-market strategies and optimize customer engagement.
5. Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using key metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
6. Ensure marketing content is relevant, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines across all channels and communication mediums.

Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies.
3. Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Proficiency in various marketing software, including CRM systems, SEO tools, and other digital analytics platforms.
