Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering professional growth and development.
2. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
3. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
6. Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing findings.
Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
3. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
4. Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with senior management.
