Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development and analysis.
3. Proficiency in Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
4. Strong understanding of software architecture, algorithms, and data structures.
5. Experience with modern development tools and methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
