Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee software projects from initiation through delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, keeping track of timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status updates and decisions to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve project management processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
