Key Responsibilities
As a Senior QA AI Interview Analyst, you will
- Lead quality assurance testing of AI-driven interview platforms to ensure their accuracy and reliability.
- Develop, implement, and maintain test frameworks and methodologies for AI systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to improve AI models and tools.
- Analyze interview data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide timely updates and detailed reports on QA activities and findings to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance our AI interview processes.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in QA roles, with a focus on AI technologies or interview systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to evaluate AI processes and identify potential improvements.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python or Java.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating across multi-functional teams.
