As the first point of contact for our company, you will manage the day-to-day administrative tasks that ensure our office runs smoothly. • Greet and direct visitors and clients to the appropriate office staff.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring effective time management.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Assist in preparing and distributing communications, such as memos and correspondence.
• Coordinate and oversee administrative projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic bookkeeping software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
