Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Middle Accounts Responsible to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with the ability to manage accounts efficiently while ensuring accuracy in all financial operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our financial records and will involve close collaboration with various departments to streamline accounting processes and support the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing detailed analysis and insights.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external auditors and provide detailed financial reports.
Skills & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with SAP accounting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
