- Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to assigned patients
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and manage IVs in accordance with hospital protocols
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and post-hospital care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Adhere to infection control policies and hospital safety protocols
- Respond quickly and appropriately to medical emergencies
- Participate in patient rounds, interdisciplinary meetings, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting strongly preferred
- Current BLS/ACLS certification (as required by hospital department)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a dedication to quality care
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and hospital information systems
