Key Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets to ensure fiscal discipline and alignment with strategic goals
- Analyze key financial metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership for growth initiatives
- Oversee cash flow management, expense monitoring, and financial risk assessment
- Ensure compliance with relevant local, state, and international regulations and best practices
- Manage and mentor members of the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making
- Drive process automation and implement best-in-class financial controls and reporting tools
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders as needed
- Participate in strategic projects, including fundraising, M&A activities, and financial modeling

Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred)
- 5+ years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector
- Deep knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiency
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
