- Research, design, and implement scalable AI/ML solutions to enhance Talenteria’s recruitment marketing platform
- Develop and fine-tune models for applications such as candidate matching, chatbots, recommendations, and NLP-driven content analysis
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate your models into real-world features
- Conduct data analysis and experiments to validate hypotheses and improve model performance
- Keep up with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and recruitment technology
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data pipelines and model deployment workflows
- Mentor and share knowledge with junior team members
- Document models, experiments, and best practices clearly for the team
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning or deep learning models in production environments
- Proficiency in Python and key ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
- Solid understanding of data science concepts, statistical methods, and natural language processing (NLP)
- Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines (SQL, NoSQL, ETL processes)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a diverse and cross-functional team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Bonus points for experience in recruitment, HR Tech, or recommendation systems
